Return & Exchange Policy

Making a purchase from Auraa Garden indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

At Auraa Garden, we strive to provide premium skincare and wellness products with the highest quality standards. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL POLICY

• All purchases made on Auraa Garden are non-refundable.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
• Products purchased during sale, promotional offers, discounted pricing, coupon codes, or gift voucher usage are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• We strictly do not offer returns or refunds. Exchange is applicable only in cases where a manufacturing defect is proven.
• We do not provide reverse pickup facilities. Customers are required to send the product back to the address provided by our support team.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

• If the customer does not like the fragrance, texture, consistency, or packaging of the product.
• If the customer changes their mind after placing the order.
• If the customer is dissatisfied due to personal preference or expected results.
• If the product has been opened, used, damaged, tampered with, or partially consumed.
• If the product has been stored improperly after delivery.
• If the product is purchased using discount codes, promotional offers, or during sale periods.
• Minor leakage, slight packaging dents, label marks, or transit-related minor issues will not be considered valid reasons for return or exchange.

3. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & WRONG PRODUCTS

Exchange requests are accepted ONLY in the following situations:

• The product received has a proven manufacturing defect.
• A wrong product was delivered by Auraa Garden.
• A damaged product was received due to packaging or transit issues (proof required).

In such cases:

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging must be shared with our support team.
• The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
• Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, an exchange or replacement will be processed.

4. SHIPPING OF RETURN PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us.
• We do not provide reverse pickup services.
• In case of wrong product delivery from our side, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed.
• Customers are advised to use a reliable and economical courier service.

5. COLOR, TEXTURE & PRODUCT APPEARANCE DISCLAIMER

• Product color, texture, and appearance may slightly vary due to photography lighting, screen resolution, or natural ingredient variations.
• Such variations shall not qualify for return or exchange.

6. EXCHANGE PROCESS

• Exchanges can be processed only once per order.
• Approved exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Customers must mention their name, address, contact number, email ID, and order number on the return parcel.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION BY AURAA GARDEN

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill. Auraa Garden reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in cancellation include:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Payment authorization issues
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

We may request additional information before accepting any order.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Auraa Garden regarding order cancellations.
