Browse our collection, select your favourite products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete the payment using the available QR code payment option.

02 What payment methods do you currently accept?

At present, Auraa Garden accepts QR code/UPI payments only. Credit cards, debit cards, Cash on Delivery, and other payment methods are currently not available.

03 What should I do if I have made the payment but haven't received an order confirmation?

After completing your payment, please follow the instructions provided during checkout to confirm your payment. Keep your payment transaction/reference details until your order is confirmed.

04 What should I do if I’m charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation?

If your payment has been completed but you haven't received an order confirmation, please contact us with your order details and payment transaction/reference information so that we can verify the payment and assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

01 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of ₹1,200 or more. Orders below ₹1,200 are charged according to the applicable weight-based shipping rate.

02 How are shipping charges calculated for orders below ₹1,200?

For orders below ₹1,200, shipping is calculated according to the total weight of your cart. The charge is ₹60 for the first 500 g and ₹60 for every additional 500 g or part thereof.

03 Do you deliver across India?

Yes. Auraa Garden currently offers delivery across India, subject to courier service availability for the delivery address.

04 When will my order be shipped and delivered?

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other delivery conditions. Tracking details will be provided when available.
