REFUND POLICY

At AuraaGarden, we strive to provide premium quality skincare and wellness products to our customers. Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If you have received a damaged product
  • If you have received the wrong product
  • If the product received is expired or leaked during transit

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video/photos and your Order ID.

After verification, we shall arrange a replacement or provide suitable resolution.

Please email us at info@auraagarden.com or contact us through the details available on our website. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO MENTION YOUR ORDER ID.

Return Conditions

Return requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • If the customer does not like the fragrance, texture, or results of the product
  • If the customer ordered the wrong product
  • If the customer changes their mind after placing the order
  • If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • If the product packaging is damaged after delivery
  • If the customer is dissatisfied with personal suitability, as skincare results may vary from person to person
  • If the product was purchased during special offers, clearance sales, or using discount coupons

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging for any approved return.
  • Any small packaging dents or minor external damage caused during transit that does not affect product usability shall not qualify for return or refund.
  • The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after approval of the return request.
  • Customers are advised to use a reliable and economical courier service for returning the product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed may not be canceled after dispatch.

If AuraaGarden is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability or any unforeseen reason, the order shall be canceled and the prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation by AuraaGarden

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill. Auraa Garden reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in cancellation include:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Payment authorization issues
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

We may request additional information before accepting any order.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Auraa Garden regarding order cancellations.
